requirements, FIRST CHOICE FINAL ACCOUNTS is
available in 3 versions - First Choice Unlimited, First Choice
Mini and First Choice Single Entity. All versions are fully
featured and can use the entire suite of functions without
restriction. The only difference is the number of
clients/entities that can be supported.

First Choice Single Entity is aimed at
small/medium business entities or companies, freelance contractors and
others preparing their own accounts. It would also be particularly
suitable for anyone needing an iXBRL accounts file for HMRC
submission or for electronic filing of abbreviated (or full accounts) at
Companies House.
Although the Unlimited or Mini versions are obviously more suitable for
multi-client practices, such practitioners may consider using the Single
Entity version as an extended trial alongside their existing solution
but without any major commitment or time restriction and upgrade to
Unlimited or Mini at a later stage.
When you first download
the program, the first 14 days of usage is a free trial period and there is no restriction on
the number of entities or clients you can set up during this
period.
So, at the end of the trial period, you
can decide then which licence to purchase. You do this from within the software.
You can, of course, upgrade to a
different version anytime
later.
