Limited Company Abbreviated accounts

Abbreviated accounts for filing at Companies House are automatically produced by First Choice after the final full accounts have been created and saved. There is no need to re-enter any data for Abbreviated accounts as the existing accounts data is used and reformatted.

The software has in-built e-filing capabilities for submitting accounts to Companies House electronically and retrieving Companies House response messages of acceptance or rejection.

In exceptional situations where full accounts or Dormant accounts are required to be filed at Companies House, the software provides the appropriate  options.
