Final accounts creation options

When the Create accounts command button  is clicked you are presented with the Create/print screen

First, select the report type required. (For medium/large companies this option always defaults to audit report). Then under the include heading select the optional pages required. For Limited companies you can omit the detailed profit and loss pages if you wish. For non-corporate clients you can omit the balance sheet and notes if you just need a Profit & Loss account.

See the separate topic for Exporting Data to tax package. (only available for non-corporate  accounts)

See separate topic for the  Tag view format option (company accounts only)

See separate topic for the Quick View/print button (company accounts only)

See separate topic for the Cash flow statement option (company accounts only)

The  Change Status to Final option is only available if all earlier accounts have been saved as final. The accounts will be saved without a 'draft' imprint  and the data files for the period will be locked, For Limited Company accounts, the CH button is enabled for access to the Companies House Accounts Filing screen.
