Final accounts formatting options

There are a number of formatting options to change the look and appearance of the final accounts.
From the Start menu, click the User Options button.

The line height selection alters the space between lines.
The column heading colour offers black (uncoloured)  or blue.

Logo

If you use a firm's or corporate logo you can show this on the Auditors/Accountants certificate in the accounts. You will need an existing small image file of your logo  (types gif, jpg or png).

Your image file will require converting into a different file format - this is called encoded BASE 64. First Choice Final Accounts automatically converts your image file into the required format.

Carry out the following steps:

Click Import Logo and locate your image file on your system (.gif' or  .jpg or .png file type). Select the file. The path will be entered in the text box. Check the Print logo on certificate checkbox.

Run Create Accounts and check the report page to see the logo.

Deselect the checkbox if you do not want the logo printed.
