Printing the final accounts

You can print the final accounts whenever they are loaded into your browser. When loaded select your browser PRINT PREVIEW mode. The toolbar in preview mode provides you with the following options buttons:
  • Headers and footers (should always be turned off)
  • Full width view
  • Full page view
  • Multiple page option (not relevant)
  • Page size (always set this to Shrink-to-Fit)

The page selector at the bottom is used to select which pages you wish to print. All pages have the "draft" and creation date imprint at the top right.  This imprint is removed when the selected accounts status is final.

Note: First Choice Final Accounts uses special formatting codes to automate pagination and avoid page breaks in the middle of a paragraph, section or note. These codes only work in PRINT PREVIEW mode and have been tested in Internet Explorer 8. They may not work properly in earlier versions or other web browsers.

If you have a PDF printer installed on your PC you can create a PDF copy for your own use or to send to clients. With most *PDF printers you can send an email attachment of the accounts without having to save the file first.

* If you don't have a PDF printer installed, try the free PrimoPDF at http://www.primopdf.com/
