Installing import conversion files

As well as creating your own import conversion files you can purchase and install specialised pre-created conversion files (and matching accounts description templates) to simplify importing trial balances from a variety of accounting and accounts production software packages. 

Conversion files available
At present there are 3 installable conversion files available for installation: Each conversion file has a matching accounts description template, which for Limited Company templates includes pre-tagged accounts. Prices on enquiry.

VT Partnership Provides automatic mapping for any of the 119 TB accounts used in a standard VT Final Accounts partnership template
VT Small Company Provides automatic mapping for any of the 147 TB accounts used in a standard VT Final Accounts small company template.
VT Medium/Large Company Provides automatic mapping for any of the 160 TB accounts used in a standard VT Final Accounts medium/large company template.


We are planning to expand the number of specialised conversion files for several widely used accounting packages. Contact us for further details.

Customized conversion files
We can produce individually customized import conversion files  These are created from a Chart of Accounts or full trial balance file (many formats) from your accounting package and can be easily installed. Contact us for further details.
